Psychology is the scientific study of human behavior and mind. Psychology includes both cognitive and emotional aspects, perception and instinctual behavior, and memory and learning. It is a vast academic field of enormous scope. There are many subdisciplines of psychology, all related in some way to the others. Some of them are clinical psychology, developmental psychology, social and experimental psychology, clinical neuropsychology, counseling psychology, work therapy, sex therapy, and personality development and management. There are many theories on psychology. But the most popular ones are: Emotionally Driven Behavior, Neuropsychological Theory, Explication theory, and contingency theory. Psychology is the scientific study of human behavior and psychology. Psychology includes both clinical psychology and psychiatric practice. It's an incredibly vast field of academic study. Psychology also addresses such issues as motivation, learning, development, relationships and sexuality. There are numerous sub-fields within psychology and they include: developmental psychology, social psychology, experimental psychology, counseling psychology, health psychology, education psychology, forensic psychology, counseling, personality development, industrial psychology and research psychology. Psychology can be broken down into distinct areas. They include: cognitive psychology, which studies the mental processes behind individual behaviors; psychophysiology, which studies physical processes related to behavior; and neuroscience, which studies how behavior relates to the brain.
